Hello,
We are having a problem with our dishwasher...a while ago, it started getting 'stuck' on the Quick Rinse Cycle when running. I started unplugging all the connections on the control board and it would work for a while, then it just wouldn't. We had the Sears repairman come and he agreed with us that it was the control board...however, he wanted to charge us $127 for the control board or some such thing and another $100 something to put it in which is like a 15 minute job, tops. Also, we couldn't buy the part through Sears and put it in ourselves. We researched and were able to find it on this site at a much more reasonable price. However, we put it in and it worked for about 4 cycles and it started doing it again. Then, it stopped working altogether and seemed to have no power. We replaced the thermal fuse and again, had power and it worked for one cycle...now, it's back to just running for a while and getting stuck on Quick Rinse sits and flashes, you can't cancel it, nothing. Anyone have any other ideas? Or, should we just bite the bullet and buy a new dishwasher? Not sure now if it might be one of the plugs or the touch pad...

With a new board I would think that it could be the touch pad but very hard to say.

It is definitely in the electronic somewhere.
