This is a second hand countertop dishwasher that we bought 7 months ago. It worked perfectly. Just 2 days ago there were strange noises in the machine - kind of gurgling and I felt the dishes were not washed properly. On closer examination, I realised that the water was not getting splashed with as much force as it used to. We removed all the dishes and the tray and looked inside, the fan was running but the water pressure was low. We decided to run it without anything in it, just with some lemon juice, to clear out anything if anything was stuck. But then we saw that the fan was not moving at all. and the water pressure was even much lower, so we drained it without running the whole thing with lemon juice. Now we do not know what to do.

Is this a motor problem? Can it be repaired by oneself?

Please help/advice.
