I can get it to work once, then for some reason the "clean" light stays lit even after I open it. When the lights on, I think "it" thinks its still closed from the original wash, like its not re-setting when I open it. It eventually turns off but afer 24-48 hours. I need to do dishes everyday, not every 2 days. Please Help!

Sounds like my ex-wife. "It" only thought the dishes needed to be done every 2 days too.

ok so after reading the manual, the "clean light" stays on until the door is opened. So I'm thinking theres a way the dishwasher recognizes that the door has been opened and is NOT working. Any ideas?

Mine does the same thing, but the springs are shot and I think that is what the problem is. When I replace the springs, we'll see.
