Default Chopper replacement
Brand: Sears
Model Number: 665.17034400
Age: 1 - 4 years

How do I access the chopper? The sprayarm comes off the water connection. The sump has three torx screws on top. But removing the screws does not release the top. There is a flat pipe running back and up to the upper sprayarms. There is a philips head screw on that flat pipe on the back of the tub. Are there instructions for this? According to the parts list, this is also a kitchenaid unit too?

thanks

The flat pipe is remove by turning it a 1/4 of a turn clockwise.

Here is a breakdown of a Whirlpool model DU1020XTLQ0.

Here is a link to the parts of your dishwasher model 665.17034400.
