I've got a Maytag Dishwasher that I cannot obtain the part on. They only way I can get the small wheel is to purchase the entire upper rack assembly. Any ideas?

I need the small plastic wheel that mounts on the rack and rides in the metal rail as the dishwasher pulls out. There are 4 of them (2 on each side) and they support the rack completely in the rail.

ANY help is appreciated.

Cheap plastic wheel with a rivet through the middle, and it cracked like a cheap kid's toy, right? If so you're in the same boat as me, and it's sinking. I had this replaced last year under warranty (don't get me started about how terrible Maytag was to deal with), and now it's broken again. This top rack is set up to hold lots of stuff, but if you make it heavy stuff like glasses and mugs, eventually you'll be driving to the appliance parts shop like I will be on Saturday. Not sure what Maytag thought it's customers would put on that rack.

Bet you it's not in stock and won't be shipped by Maytag for some silly amount of time. I've bought 3 Maytag dishwashers, I won't be buying a 4th. Too bad, they used to be a good USA company, but if you believe me or Consumer Reports, the stuff they make now just plain breaks.

The wheels are not available by themselves but you can get the height adjusters.
