Default Can't determine dishwasher model #
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: unknown
Age: Less than 1 year

I'm trying to order a new cap for the rinse aid dispenser. The product label clearly says 587 . 16259402 in the space for Model. No letters, just numbers, space, period, space, more numbers. But the parts locater doesn't recognize that. or any portion of it, as a valid number. It seems to expect something with letters in it. I tried the data in "Serial Number" which contains letters, but that didn't work either.
On the front of the door it says Kenmore QuietGuard Standard.
Any clue where to find a valid model number for it?

Default Never mind.

The part number is definitely correct. It just isn't being recognized as valid. Can't tell why.
