Default Can someone tell me what this material is??
Brand: Kenmore
Age: Please select

Hi everyone. I had recently posted about having fiberglass insulation for our kenmore dishwasher. We actually just ordered the replacement for this insulation and the manufacturer has changed it. The new insulation I dont believe is fiberglass, though Im not for sure, and it is not enclosed in any type of cover.. I just wondered if anyone could tell me what kind of material this is...

Thanks all!

Jen

It is a poly synthetic material that absorbs sound as well as heat.

There is one brand call PolyZorb. This brand is gray instead of white but does the same thing.
