Default Arms won't spin
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: dwc7602aae
Age: 5 - 10 years

My Maytag dwc7602aae fills with water and appears to run through it's cycles. However the arms no longer spin. The motor sounds normal and the water fills and drains. I've seem similar posts indicating that an "Impeller" may be faulty. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Make sure the tub fills up to maybe an inch below the heater, If not add water and see if it now sprays water. Open the door while it is running and see where the water is spraying you might have a cracked spray arm.
Also check your microsceen under the spray arm.
