I have a Maytag Self cleaning. Electronic oven Mod# cre8600acw. Oven temp is eratic. I set temp to 350 to preheat. It does so correctly. Then I set the timer foe 21/2 hrs. The temp won't come back up to 350. I'v checked the Brolier burner. It works good. So does the roast burner. If I raise the preheat to 475 it preheats and the temp will work properly. I also took a damp washrag and touched the temp/senser while in the 350 mode, this made the relay click on and the temp rose again untill reaching 350. Does this soud like it's the Temp/senser, or the electronic clock timer??????/
