Default Window ac heat pump no cool/heat
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 106.9741971
Age: 5 - 10 years

19,500cool/14500heat pump window unit.
fan blows, thermostat clicks but no compressor start. Can hear VERY faint hum when compressor should be on. Any help would be appreciated.
