I have about a 5 year old in the wall AC unit that doesn't blow air to the inside. There is air being blown on the outside.

Is there two fans on the unit or is there only 1 fan motor that does the sucking and blowing on most in the wall ac's?

I know not all AC's are the same but this pic only shows 1 fan motor. Are two motors common?

Ok, last night I took the cover and a small screen off the inside part of the ac.

I was able to see the blower wheel trying to wiggle a little upon start up. I pulled the plug and grabed the wheel with my hand and it was very hard to spin but did. After getting it spinning by hand the blower wheel now spins when the fan/ac is turned on. The sound it makes seems the bearing is out and it is very loud. Do I need to oil this?

My model is a GE AJCH120CAM1

You might have to changed the blower wheel

Look on the motor itself for oil ports. They may have a little plug in them (yellow, white, red) use 3in1 motor oil in blue and white can, or sewing macine oil.
Only a few drops as overoiling causes more headaches.
