NEED a schematic. NEED INFOMATION AS TO THE LOCATION OF THE CONTROL TRANSFORMER. is it fused ? Is it located on OR in the air handler UNIT ?
IF at the AHU, looks like I will "bathe" in the 20 inches of fiberglass to get to it !!

well it depends on if it is a dual transformer hook-up. more than likely it is not. You will find it inside the air handler and more than likely it is not fuse, unless it has a ciruitboard then it will have a plug in fuse like whats in your car. if you need more help contact me. in the business over 28 years. p.s. the schematic will be on the inside of the air handler

GWR: Thanks. I MADE A NEW ENTRANCE IN CEILING TO REACH IT! Dual heat strips
have a breaker box up there [+ o ne in MAIN panel]. AC COOLER COIL UNIT has no external elect. / wiring passes thru. it's metal enclosure. MEANS that I must "invade" that structure and I did not see any "PANEL OR; fasteners -- I was pooped OUT [ 82 .5 YR'S OLD] ! IWILL LOOK FOR A WAY INTO IT TOMORROW.
