Model Number: ky32u
Age: 1 - 4 years

The a/c unit is a soleus ky32u. Inside unit im getting juice at the black & white wires but nothing comes on no display ,no fans ,What sould i check?the two glass fuses look ok ,i dont see any burn marks on anything .Would the fans run if the capasitor wasbad? Thanks jim

Check the fuse with a meter or replace them with new ones.

Sometimes you can tell if a fuse is bad just by looking at it.

I HAVE JUICE GOING ACROSS THE FUSE,S .cANT FIGURE OUT WHY IT WONT LIGHT UP OR FAN RUN ?

Some connection in the circuit board must be broken.

all the connections look good .I think it must be some kind of switch thats not letting anything operate ,but where to start?

If you have power to the circuit board but nothing coming out then it is in the circuit board.

You would have to have the diagram to the control board to test it.

You would have to get it from the manufacture.

can i bypass control board to test it

This is not recommended.

If you are getting power to the board you should be getting power out of the board.

If you get no voltage out the board is the problem.
