Default Need help getting fan off motor
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: AZ22E15D5BM1
Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a fan that has cracked on my motel type heat/ac unit. I have taken everything apart to get to it but I cannot get the fan off the motor shaft. Is there a trick to this or what? There was a nut on the front but I don't see anything else holding it on. I am not the most gifted person when it comes to how things work and am looking for a little help.

Thanks in advance.

KD

Thanks. I'll see how it goes.

The WD-40 I understand but where would i use the sandcloth? I will get a little PB Blaster and let it soak for a little bit and see what happens.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond.
