Oven Will Not Come On I Can Here It Click At Temp. Knob Will Not Ignite In Oven. Top Burners Work Good, Could It Be The Glow Bar?

It could be the glow bar or the valve is not opening to let the gas through.
This is something that should be check by a qualified gas technician.
