I'm new to this unit....it does not drip any water outside....so is it taking out the moisture of my inside air ? I feel coolness but not reduction in humidity. This unit is pretty old and since it is installed through the wall which is brick outside it is difficult to find the same size unit again. Any suggestions? Too, the filters are shot...they crumble. What would the names of the filter replacements be....there are no pictures on this web site of parts.
