i have a home air conditioner when the thermo switch on, but the compress fan does not turn on, but when i go to the circuit breaker turn the breaker to off then on, the fan turn on and have a cool air but when the thermostat goes to the room temperature it turn off, and when it back on the fan not on. Then i have to go to the breaker to do that again to make the fan on and it turn on. Did any one knows what the cause. Thank you

The motor has what is referred to as a "hot=spot". Also breaker may be weak, but I would change the motor.
