Default Agitator won't come off KitchenAid Washer
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KAWS700GQO

Hi all. First time on here. I have a friend that doesn't own a computer and needs washer help.

He has a KitchenAid with the above mentioned model number, and he doesn't know how to remove the agitator. He says he seems to remember his repairman unscrewing it, but he says he can't get to the agitator, because he doesn't know how to remove a cap/dispenser above it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Jack

Default

The dispenser has to come off first and then the cap.

The cap will just pop off.

Then there is a bolt the hold the agitator on.

Here is a link to the washer model KAWS700GQ0.
